This policy explains how StockSentry ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through www.stocksentry.site and, once available, the StockSentry inventory intelligence platform.

Information we collect

• Form submissions: name, business email, company, company size, use case and message content you send through our early-access or contact forms.
• Email correspondence: information you include when you email fawaz@stocksentry.site.
• Technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
• Customer business data (platform): when the platform is in use, customers may upload sales, inventory, supplier and invoice data. This data belongs to the customer and is processed only to provide the service.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and manage early-access requests.
• To provide, secure and improve the website and platform.
• To send service communications you have requested.

We do not sell personal information. The interactive preview on this website runs in your browser using fictional sample data and does not collect what you type into it.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host the website, receive form submissions, deliver email and, for the platform, store and process data on cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Retention

Enquiry and early-access records are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and are deleted on request. Customer platform data is retained for the term of the customer's agreement and deleted or returned afterwards, as set out in that agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or object to processing. To make a request, email fawaz@stocksentry.site.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
